Ulani is a 15-year-old girl trying to get through life without killing herself  after her life's been nothing but hell on earth since  her 13th birthday. The day her mum left her with a satan himself.

Devastated she eventually stopped grieving for her mother when her so-called 'Dad' began drinking himself to oblivion and becoming abusive toward Ulani.

What happens when an officer shows up to school informing her her dad had been arrested and that she has to live with her mum till he gets out?

Only to find out that her mum had remarried and now has to live with 6 older step-brothers

Will they be able to get along?
Will Ulani ever forgive her mum for leaving her? Or will she ignore her mum and carry on with life until her 'dad' had gotten out of jail?
