Over a thousand years before the birth of Christ, a young Pharaoh died. His burial was carried out in a hurry and his name would shortly be erased from the monuments he had built. All memory of his reign would soon be lost. He was to vanish from history for three thousand years. His name was Tutankhamen.

The story of the boy king, Tutankhamen, would eventually become inextricably linked with the life of a young Indian woman, Elia Beecham. In a period where women in any society were considered incapable of making their own way in the world. This is the story of how an eccentric young woman became inspired by the lives, who were the body of this wonderful civilization and went on a personal quest for a treasure worth far more than gold.
