Fairah Chezian Sollano is a cheerful and bubbly girl whose love for plushies and playful energy lights up every room. Even though she and her best friend, Kalea, attend different senior high schools, their bond remains as strong as ever, serving as a constant source of happiness in her life.

However, her cheerful days are often disrupted by a new classmate-a serious, aloof boy who seems to enjoy teasing her at every opportunity. Whether it's a sharp remark or a sly smirk, he knows exactly how to get under her skin. His constant antics leave Fairah fuming, especially when he takes note of her trembling irritation and uses it as fuel for more mischief.

Despite her best efforts to ignore him, his persistence keeps her on edge, and she can't understand why he's so fixated on annoying her. While her irritation grows with every encounter, Fairah starts to wonder if there's more to his teasing than meets the eye-though she's far too frustrated to admit it.

What begins as a rocky friendship quickly turns into something deeper for Fairah, though she soon discovers the boy's cruel game. Feeling betrayed and heartbroken, she decides to play his game, ready to take control of the situation and protect her heart.

Growing up on Asgard was one thing, but being the daughter of Loki was another. Layla grew up learning magic, but was never fond of her father's ways. What happens when Loki looses Layla to who knows where? Two bad groups of people want her. No, they need her. Even though one seems like the safest place to be, is it? Will it protect her in the long run? Or will it be the death of her? Will her scarred uncle be there to save her? Or will he be what leads her to her death and maybe his own? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Bear with me here. I wrote the beginning when I was twelve. The beginning is bad, but it gets sooooo much better. Trust me. Pull through!! I cringed so many times reading the first few chapters. -warriorchip
