Never had been words been spoken that were more true that those that Uchiha Itachi spoke during that battle. 

But every jutsu comes with it's own drawbacks and consequences. And such a forbidden one, causes such a disruption that leads to Itachi being send back to his previous life as Severus Snape, when he was in the end of his fifth year, with his powers to end the errors caused due to the misuse of the Edo-Tensei.
