We all lie; it is just part of human nature. Nobody truly wants to hurt another. We all want to cover up who we truly are. We lie to ourselves to hide what horrible people we are. Count how many times you lied today. Was it five times or ten? Who did you lie to today? Did you lie to your mother, father, boss, child, spouse or friend? Lying has become so natural and common, it should just become normal, right?

You have a right to feel the way you do. You have a right to keep things private or to share and speak about these experiences to others. No matter what you choose, it is your decision to make. However, do not let your fear dismiss the truth. Do not believe the lies you constantly tell yourself to ignore the pain you are feeling. Do not let the sum of someone else's trauma silence you.
