It's been 3 years and at a gala held by Voldemort Draco is rushed to by a small blonde child before hearing a familiar voice to tell her to leave that man alone. There stands his wife and children but none have memory of him or their old life, insteading thinking of Voldemort as their savior and that her true husband is dead.
