Otto, an otter who is close friends with Kelpy. And Sea-Star. He may not be an actual starfish, but he is the star or hero of the ocean. Rocket boots, a mask to breath in, kidnapped by a creature that can shapeshift, named Simil. Can these hero's save the sea, or better yet, save the world?All Rights Reserved
