A team of 4 misfits meet up and discover unknown areas and trenches in the ocean. Kelpy, A creature make out of kelp, only words he knows is "Kelpish", Emilek, a fish in a scuba der, massive strength, Ness, a fish-like-human with the powers of flight,  and telekinesis. Otto, an otter who is close friends with Kelpy. And Sea-Star. He may not be an actual starfish, but he is the star or hero of the ocean. Rocket boots, a mask to breath in, kidnapped by a creature that can shapeshift, named Simil. Can these hero's save the sea, or better yet, save the world?
