Struggling through the ordeal, Rafael and Sofia need to be extra careful when they discover she's pregnant, from the possible yet forbidden romance blossoming between them.

As authorities set out to save them, Sanchez poses obstacles and zero-option terms, in return for a clean record back to Sinaloa, with Sofia.
