This book is about my experience of Vipassana and I hope that you'll like it too and it would be helpful to you.

What is Vipassana?
It is an old technique which was founded by Siddhartha Gautam Buddha and it focuses on observing the things as they are. In India, during the middle years it was lost but its neighbouring country Burma kept it and was taught as it is. It was brought back to India by Shri S.N. Goenka.

I will attach all the necessary things to videos and other things and I hope you find it useful. I am writing this kind of thing for the first time so if I make any mistake I'm extremely sorry for that.
