Five oceans. Five Kingdoms. Five Mermen, ruling each other. Although one of the oceans. Atlantic, to be exact. Was ruled by Sirens. The second most powerful underwater Empire to exist. The first was the Pacific Ocean Empire, which was ruled by Selkie Mermaids. The two kingdoms had a rivalry because of the Siren's cruel ways. Leading sailors. Humans, creatures, other mermaids/men into their grasps. Wrapping them around their fingers like a little bit of seaweed and eating them alive. Or either taking advantage of them and using them, however. Although, the power they held was powerful enough to make the other three kingdoms crave the power, fame, and land to be desperate enough to make a good friendship and connection between the empires. 

Touya was bored. No one was attracted by his voice. And it was boring. He was basically starving. He dived down into the water. Practicing his voice even more. The voice of his making vibrations through the water. He continued to vocal his singing and swim around the water. 

His eye caught his prey. Perfect ! A Merman, huh..? Although when he looked closer. Fuck. Wasn't that the Selkie prince? That was definitely him. Huh, what a coincidence! Prince and Prince. Seems like he'd eat pure royalty today. 

He went up towards him on the shore. His torso was exposed and out of the water as his tail gently swayed in the water. Using his voice and singing to confuse the other Merman's mind and take him under his control. The special power of his voice activates some sort of glitch in his eyes. His pupils were black and white. Spinning in circles. A tactic to really make sure the other would be all his. And his alone.. Grinning as he sang to him. Making eye contact, not breaking it for a split second.
