When a father of a 13 year old starts screaming about the small saucers flying in the sky over their house in Smith Falls, Ontario. Things just get a little more interesting. When the town here's the father yelling at his daughter to see the ufos , the town get suspicious about the lights in the day light sky. The town seeks aid if to FBI agents from the states: Bobert and Lisa to look into the spooky lights.

Elena was the 13 year old science nerd who had a cripplingly high IQ. When she hears her father yelling she run out to see what is going on out side, only to see the lights flying around. When she realized the legendary Bobbert and Lisa come to town she is eager to help.
