Jinkusu Uchiha is part of the Uchiha family, Tokyo's most widespread and dangerous organisation lead by Madara Uchiha, their members being unknown to the public. They always manage to get away with their illegal activities, and even the FBI can't track them down. Kakashi Hatake, known as the Copy Ninja, had been investigating the underground along with his friend Rin Nohara in order to expose them. When they're found out by the organisation, debates ensue: how to silence them without raising suspicion? 
Jinkusu is assigned to this mission along with two other members to accompany him: his nemesis Itachi Uchiha, and Izumi Uchiha. Jinkusu and Itachi form a bond, slowly letting go of their underlying resentment towards one another.
