Maribelle Cherith is the sidekick to world-renowned detective Dominic Solace. They've worked together for years to solve some of the most intense cases, and although she does most of the work, he gets all the credit. It never seemed to bother either of them though, because she was doing what she loved most and he got the all fame his ego so desired. But after Maribelle goes missing, Dominic is quick to realize that she means much more to him than he ever realized.
