New forms of intelligence and culture emerge, creating diverse and complex societies. But what if the ancient creatures that once ruled the earth met the modern ones that now inhabit it?

(A word of caution, this story is still a work in progress. Very much so. I may change the chapters as I see fit. That would include grammar fixes, sentence rewrites, and, if necessary, full chapter rewrites.)
