Night's Creatures

I shoot from my bed. My hair sticking to my face making feel irritated. I stare at the sight before me. Im in my room and it's dark.
" l've told her to never switch off the light no matter what ughh Damn it Martha," l say to myself l stand up to go switch on the light and my left leg felt numb.
I struggled to get to the switch and the second l pull it, a loud scream erupted from my mouth. I could barely comprehend what l was seeing . I thought it was all a dream. She told me that were harmless nightmares. As lm about to reach the door handle some one sneaks up behind me and begins to strangle me . Tears immediately start streaming down my face. My eyelids start to get heavy and the last thing l heard was " Jump Rope ,lm sorry."

Maggie is a senior at East High and things suddenly take a turn when an old friend comes to town. Or was it truly her friend's return that really caused all this?

Maggie learns about a whole new world that she barely knew about which led her to question everything she knows.
