In the small town of Mason, there's not much to do but get high and get into trouble. After the murder of a childhood friend, Sage, an aspiring musician, prefers to get money and get the hell out of town. Alongside his best friend, he devises a plan that'll earn him a one-way ticket to a city that can put his dreams in flight. 

That is, until he meets Darcy.  

As another native of Mason, Darcy is attempting to get out from under her own grief after the passing of her sister. With the help of her friend, she finds her footing and solace in the town they all love, where community is king and love is abundant. Everything she thought about life, love- and even Mason- is beginning to be put back into perspective. 

That is, until she meets Sage.
