The Holodomor genocide was a horrific event, not only because of how many people were killed, but because of the method used as well: death by famine. It was not quick, it was not painless, and it did not have a happy ending for most.
There is death, war, violence, and gore. This is not a story for the faint of heart, and that is exactly why people need to read it.
