Rise of the Alternate Shield Hero

This is a fanfiction of the anime/light novels of the franchise "Rising of the Shield Hero." I wrote it as a semi-self insert at first, myself in the place of Naofumi as the Shield Hero, but I realized along the lines that it's more of an ideal version of myself, one that would be more accustomed and suited to be in the Shield Hero role than my current self. In any case, Shield Hero has been my favorite franchise ever since I learned about it, specifically Raphtalia. You'll see in the fanfic, but I care about her quite a bit. The first chapter pacing is a bit fast, mostly because it was during the beginning of my writing career, but I think I've grown as a writer and as a person since starting this project. Though I may only be 17 now, turning into a senior in high school this coming year, my dream job is to become an official spin-off write for Shield Hero, so if I could get some support that'll really help me in the long run. If you bothered to get this far, just know I appreciate the time you are taking to read this ever-long description, and I hope you'll bear with me as this fanfiction grows and (hopefully) gains popularity. (Note: This contains some Light Novel spoilers, not too many or anything really major, but it does hint on some things that may encourage you to read the story where it all began. This is a warning, I may put a spoiler in the future that is a big deal, obviously when it gets to a point where I exceed the anime's scope of content, but also if I want to foreshadow something new by using an old idea.)
