Kira and Kari are were-lion twins, as rare as it gets in the shifter world, and very protected because of it. Few people know of their existence, and only their guards, bear shifters by the name of Gabriel and Ace know the truth of their new school. The Sapphire Bay High School was built for werewolves, and the cousins would do anything to keep the Wolves away from their charges and friends. But then Kari gets attacked by the alpha of the pack, and Kira reveals what they are in a single swipe of her claws.
