Christmas finds Harry and Fern reunited after months apart.
Harry and Fern have had their ups and downs since falling for each other after Fern's trip to London. Due to their busy schedules and very different lives, they've been spending most of their time far away from one another. 
Now, their two families will meet each other for the first time in Harry's hometown of Holmes Chapel over the holiday.
