Demetri Black - the only legacy left by the notorious Sirius Black - goes back to Hogwarts after spending the whole summer mourning her father's death and trying to overcome the trauma of witnessing him die right in front of her.
The school year goes by; the tension of a potential upcoming war grows... and she can feel it everywhere - at the corners of the hallways, in the whispers at the Common Room, in the side looks of her slytherins classmates...
As she manages to make it up for her father's loss, Demetri tries to get more and more influent inside the Order, improving her battle skills and trying to get involved where she shouldn't. Until she gets involved into a task that would make her regret her stubbornness.

The Three Wizards Tournament didn't involve Barty Crouch Junior at all and everything went well, in fact Cedric didn't die in the last challenge. Sirius was at Azkaban until Harry went to Elementary school, then he was freed by Dumbledore and was sent home; he needed to prove to the Ministry of Magic he was capable of taking care of himself and only after six years he found out about his Godson. Harry has been living at Grimmauld Place with Sirius ever since he went to Hogwarts. Lord Voldemort hasn't risen completely yet. Luna, Ginny and Astoria are all in the same year. Remus works at the Ministry of Magic and comes to visit Sirius once in a while. Olivia, the main character, grew up half with Bellatrix and half with Sirius, but only in the present time he could win the battle with Bellatrix and send Olivia to Hogwarts.
