Vegas is army whereas Pete is artist . It includes love at first sight . Vegas's father is terrorist so he tries to kill Pete to weaken Vegas . Vegas had terrible past relationship but for pete Vegas was his crush . Vegas always liked Porsche and Kinn  liked Pete . Here Pete is social butterfly . He is very beautiful , a bit sassy ,savage ,  extrovert and is very popular . Pete came from middle class background but Vegas was poor . Pete's parents were killed during terrorist attacks so he has only grandparents . 
Vegas doesn't wants to move on from his past relationship and wants to be stuck with past . But he changes after he met Porsche who was introduced by his friend Tay . Vegas has PTSD and  monophobia . Vegas only has his brother Macau in this world .
