Hailey Ruthener, a seventeen-year-old girl, wants to discover the secrets of her favourite lake, the Johannes Lake, after one of her friends mysteriously submerged and was dragged beneath the water. In fear of going alone, she brings along a friendly baker boy who agrees to her needs and helps her with trying to uncover the secrets as he had a similar experience. Might she discover something?
