Did you ever hear the saying " you never know what the future holds." Well not in amethyst's case. Amethyst's future has been picked out and planned out for her and here's the catch she doesn't have a say in any of it.

Amethyst is a princess who's father has arranged her marriage to prince Michael. But when amethysts arrives at Michaels palace she has a different attitude than the perfect graceful polite young woman everyone expects her to be. She likes to hang out down in the kitchen with the servants and guards and has a particular a liking for a guard named Lucas.

This story has a mix of present times and past times where there were no phones or cars or internet but kings and queens and fancy elegant monarchy's that ruled over lands.
