There's a reason the files are erased from the system, a reason Agent 15 goes into the shadows once more after the mission and a reason Barton and Romanova can't seem to remember just exactly what happened in that mission. She doesn't stay hidden for long though, not when the Winter Soldier resurfaces and her Agency is at threat.
