When moon finds out that someone was in suns body, he immediately approached them. He learnt that his name was eclipse aka the part of himself he left behind in sun.
Moon offers Eclipse to stay in sun body and that sun will get a new body. After taking things into consideration, Eclipse accepts moons offer.
After a while , Sun is finally seperated from eclipse and in his new body.Although since it was suns second time getting seperation parts and service staff decided that sun will stay in parts and service for a week to make sure that no other code is still in sun or to see if any of suns code is damaged
While eclipse is staying at the daycare he starts getting a slight obsession over moon.

But, there's a catch. There was an issue with the lights, and now Sun and Moon are merged together, making Eclipse. He seems like an eccentric, yet nice guy. Due to a series of strange events the star some how ends up in lunar's hands. unsure what to do when he gets it he decides to hide the fact that he has it until he knows what to do. Deciding what to do became alot harder with two kidnappings, Eclipse being forced to play a more active role in the daycare, Monty and Eclipse each thinking eachother has the star, Lunar was stuck in between it all. this will make a lot more sense if you watch the sun and moon show.....like all fanfics also this is was a human AU but I didn't stick with it I'll go back and fix it at some point. In it, kids play, do arts and crafts, and perhaps even get to eat some of the junk food that the Pizzaplex has to offer. But the daycare attendant isn't human. No, he's an animatronic, but one bearing the likeness of both the sun and the moon. Eclipse, the aforementioned daycare attendant, is programmed to take care of and entertain young kids. But he's not alone, for when two sons are built for him, he finds himself gravitating between being a father and a daycare attendant.
