The Descension

Saeya Ardere Ellfire was born high above the clouds, on floating islands of insane mass. Living in the sky was not what you would have expected. It wasn't peaceful, or beautiful. All five of the aerials were entirely consumed by immense fog, all except Skyward.

The eye would scarcely catch a glimpse of the blue sky or the overwhelming glare of the sun and it most certainly didn't see the moon or stars. Living in the sky was like being a bird trapped in a cage with no escape. At least-no escape that had been accomplished successfully.
