These songs are for anyone who is struggling with mental health like depression, self harm, and eating disorders and is struggling to tell someone how their feeling, please don't judge, this is based on my own experiences so I know i can't really say what your struggling with but I know how hard it is to express to people what is going on inside your head, this is for anyone who wants to get help but doesn't know how to tell someone, if you want to talk or just need a distraction I'm here
