In a futuristic dystopian world (set in 2075 in an omegaverse society) after a third world war, an organisation is set up by the world's largest standing governments, MEDO (Military Earth Defence Organisation). With a main role of stopping wars and taking control of areas in conflict. 

It's been 50 years since the most recent world war and MEDO has created 6 sectors for dealing with different situations. Sector 6 being the most notorious for overtaking multiple areas of conflict and shutting down huge crime bosses and drug lords as well as large terrorist group leaders across multiple nations.

 When an omega, Milo Sunfield, is convinced by his cousin to transfer from the UK to an overseas MEDO-6 academy in Washington to train and become a member of the MEDO-6 task force, he joins the academy's Echo team. Hoping to get through the academy quickly, Milo meets his team leader, an alpha who quickly gains a disliking to him. He doesn't know why but it must have something do with the Echo Team's reputation and the secrets lingering around the team. Milo will have to learn to be apart of a team if he wants to stay alive, especially with the missions set for him ahead...
