These stories are based on the life events of a low income family in Vancouver B.C., trying to survive the struggle. Contains drug use, sexual content, and explicit language. This story is a work in progress and is not all sad, it's also filled with heartwarming morals as we'll as hope for the ones who can relate. Thanks for reading.

Addison thought she had it all, a loving boyfriend, a doctoras degree, her very own office in Atlanta, but within a blink of an eye her life crumbled around her. Her boyfriend, Keith, changed, and when he changed, he took her against her will, forcing her to live in the mountains of Tennessee, secluded from life. This story is about the attacks, the brutal beatings of her life and how she finds the courage to leave. She changes everything about her, including her children. She holds many secrets of her past life from everyone she comes in contact with, including Derrick. Will their love last? Or will her past come back to haunt her? Will she survive life the second time around? Will she be able to protect her children from their abusive father? This book was actually published a year after Tattered Star...all rights were given back to me and it is no longer in print. So hope all of you enjoy. All comments are welcome.
