INTRODUCTION
Nelson "Madiba" Mandela without doubt is one of the most inspiring figures to have lived on this earth. Although he wasn't some great general, inventor or founder of a religious faith, Mandela embodied the greatness of the human being. Rising above dire social, political and human limitations, Mandela showed that anyone with a simple belief and commitment to that belief can become great.
With many examples of bad leadership, pervasive poverty and corruption, there is seemingly little that is inspiring about the African continent for many young African like me. Yet all over the continent, there are good people who by the example of their commitment to doing their best, continue to serve as inspiration for their families and communities. Nelson Mandela is one of such. By his beliefs and actions, Mandela and countless Africans show that anyone irrespective of their background can rise above any limitations to become great.
Sacrificing the usual trappings of a normal life; freedom, family and personal comfort, Mandela spent 27 years in prison for daring to live up to his beliefs, speaking up for and insisting on the rights of other black South Africans. He underscores the importance of personal courage and sacrifice in the pursuit of our ideals and visions. Mandela's actions teach us to that it is our right and responsibility to live a truly authentic, vibrant and purposeful life. He teaches us to stay true to who we are, stretch the boundaries of personal limitations and social restrictions in order to live our best life.

Gleaned from the example of his life, the ten lessons (plus one) in this e-book will inspire you to be the best version of yourself and live the life you were meant to live.

People experience pain in their lives. Some need it to live and find pleasure in it, but most run from it, they avoid it. Yet pain catches up to some of them. Just like it caught young Brian and destroyed his soul and consumed it with hate and avarice. Our world is a world of super powers blaming each other, competing to be number one and looking down on the little guys. A world of major religions hating each other yet professing love. A world of racial differences where races are not understanding each other, not appreciating each other. We see our world consumed in hate, ambition and greed throughout history. In all of this we see the threat to the world, the one that we as the people, the human kind, are always facing. Our differences should make us stronger and not divide us. There is an urgent need to stop pointing fingers and start working together. The lying needs to stop and the truth needs to be told. The people of the world should not be manipulated or limited in their vision of life. The new generations are kinder, more considerate, smarter. Equipped to fight the threat. The older generations have the experience, the wisdom. What can stop the peoples of the world. Tatsu - The Threat, is a journey into life itself. A melting pot of cultures, races and spiritualism in 95,000 words. Written for the young and old. It will make you see just how powerful people can be, and also how dangerous they can be. Writing a memoir at only fifteen years old has taught me a lot. Giving me the time to reflect on the lessons I learned the hard way and the mistakes I've made thus far. I learned, if there is at least two sides to every story, there is at least two sides to every person. What could be a smile is a broken heart in a deeper reality. We all live in a society where nothing is as it seems, the people being more complex and astonishing than the countless novels we read. And in a world ruled by tragedies, we are the survivors. Getting through our own history, more important to us then what we read in school. We take our story one page at a time, word by word because in the end, it will all be worth it. I dedicate this memoir to the people who have been with me on my journey of self discovery, even if only in spirit. Mom- Who has made non stop sacrifices to ensure my happiness and well being. Nothing would be possible without you! Grandma- Who has inspired me and made a huge influence to the person I am now and who I'll be in the future. Callie- My own personal slave, illustrator, editor and full time best friend. You know I love you <3 Ariana Grande- My celebrity inspiration, showing me that it's ok to "love who you love, no one can judge, follow your heart and don't give up", getting me through the long and lonely nights. Be sure to buy her new album "Moonlight", hopefully to be released this year and her new fragrance "Ari" in accordance to the "Be You" campaign. Adam Young (Of Owl City)- My first artist I listened to, your songs make me think of the past and the new adventures to come. Sam Tsui- The album "Make it up" taught me to not be scared of not knowing what's going to happen next. Being young and naive Isn't necessarily a bad thing, as it brings way to new experiences, to be vulnerable and crying doesn't make you any less of a person. That we're all human and it's ok to embrace it.
He saved you He saved me What about others? by Robbymak

The world was full of trouble. Full of confusion and a catastrophic dilemma. One couldn't imagine at what destructive measure it would disintegrate into. While so many things were done to make the world a better place. At some point, it would later be revealed that the biggest problem was not a lack of educational facilities or a lack of health facilities. Believe it or not, Africa, also wasn't the world's biggest problem. The problem with the world today is sin. Sin brought about problems that would perpetuate into many more generations to come! It's almost unbelievable that someone would leave greener pastures to settle in a beat-down environment like Earth. One would wonder what this being could ever want. If life existed beyond the surfaces of our universe, why stay? If there was the possibility of walking with a glory that outshined the brightness of the sun, why hesitate? God cannot love us anymore than He loves our neighbor. His love tank is so vast that it accommodates everyone. Had He only sent Jesus Christ to the rich or the poor in African households, His love would then be conditioned to those that qualified. What makes His love so unique and strange is that He loves the broken and the sinners. He loves those of us that are unlikeable and unattractive. He persuaded His only son to die gruesomely to have all of mankind at His bosom. In the movies, opening doors and buying a bouquet of flowers is symbolic of love. In families, love is expressed in many different kind of forms. Even animals have ways in which they show affection. While all of that might stand out. It cannot be compared to the love of God. God can feel love, and He is love!

My life has been an intense journey from a little girl who was beaten down and abused into believing that she was worthless, to a woman at 43 years of age who is still desperately searching for who she truly is. I found her though. I did. And she writes like me, from inside of me. She is me. This girl that I've been in love with since time first existed, is indeed me. The way that she walks. With her hands... and how she talks? The hearts that she's captured, the souls that she has inspired. I'm now trying to be her. I've never felt that I was good enough to actually be myself!!! I always knew how pure and clear and free I was inside. But people told me otherwise, in a very cruel way. No one ever spared my feelings or thought to speak to me with kindness or love. My parents were very serious and strict people. They believed that there was only 1 way to act and inside I knew that I did NOT fit in the parameters of the behavior expected of me. And every single time I made my Step Daddy sigh or frown it felt like I knife in my heart. I was a let down. Always too loud. Always moving too much. Always too fat and always too ugly. Always too much. Unless I sat quietly. But I've always been a firecracker and all of that containment really made me want to blow off! All of what was inside of me, swirling and dividing in me. Burying the side of me that I loved the most! I was a bastard and a blasphemy. Harsh words for a girl of 3. They said them when they baptized me.
