Jimmy was just a summer love to Scott. Sure, they dated for a few months back in freshman year, but soon they started to drift apart, fights starting happening. In the end, they both agreed that it's best to cut the relationship off.
Now that Scott was in his junior year, he's determined to have a fresh start. Join in the drama club, improve his grades... Or maybe even confess to his current crush, Owen.
But Jimmy kept appearing in his life at times when he didn't want him to. Scott was frustrated, and maybe even a bit angry about it.
Until one day, Jimmy stopped showing up at school. Scott knows he shouldn't care about it, but worries start to form in his head. What if something happened? What if it's Jimmy's family? What if Jimmy is dead? And worst of all... What if Scott still loves him?

Her brows furrowed. "You look like you have something specific you wanna ask me." The tips of Liam's ears turned red at Emma's very accurate observation. "I, uh... I usually just bullshit my way through projects, so I have no idea what the hell I'm doing." The corners of Emma's lips formed a small smile. Liam arched his brow. "What are you smiling at?" Her smile widened. "Nothing." Ever since Emma started going to Silver Creek High, she's been bullied over her discolored eyes. It all started when a boy brought attention to her in biology class one day, laughing at her and calling her a "freak" while the rest of the class laughed along with him. Why do bad things happen to good people? A question that his boy is making himself more then ever this days. From the beginning we see a 17 year old boy, struggling to finish high School, filled up with insecurities, mental health issues, a toxic family home, and impossible standards to live up to. He has learn to not only hate his life, but to want finish it off as fast as possible. Close to finally graduating high school his English teacher, Mr Steve, assigns the class a special progect. "To be able to see life through different eyes, and write about it." For this, Mr Steve gets his class to assist a hospital 3 times a week, and assigns each student, with a patient. This is the moment where this boy meets Royal, a cancer sick 17 year old girl, that has lived in a hospital her hole life, but still finds beauty and meaning in it. Through out the report the boy gets more and more involved in Royal's life, spending unfortunately moments together. But through out the journey he asks himself more and more.
