They also seem to be part of another string of crimes that the city is confused by. It's gone so far the government is looking to get involved. Worse yet, it seems they might pulling some strings from the inside, perhaps having some informants in the very thing that's trying to tear them apart. Mona now needs to decide for a second time, her life, or others.
