Raine was a very bright, hardworking, young girl. She jumped 2 grades in highschool, starting college at 16. She got accepted into the University of Notre Dame, and signed up for a summer program. This would happen at the Bucerius law school in Germany, a place she hadn't visited in 8 years.
Raine would be there for about 12 weeks, and starting her life in the new enviorment was a bit nerve-racking. After multiple failed attempts to find a job, and the annoyance of her aunt, who pleaded her to visit, she bumps into a young man around the same age as her.
Their papers fell to the floor, Raine's notes spilling out of her folders. As they rushed to pick up their things, Raine couldn't help but notice him. He was picking up papers full of scribbled writing, and rushed to get them all organized. Raine reach out to the left, grabbing one of the folders. She could feel his eyes watching her movements, his sharp gaze stuck on her hand.
She shivered, before taking the last paper off he ground. She was not organizing them, simply shoving them wherever there was space. Raine apologized, getting up. He simply stared, and nodded, before walking away in a hurry. Weird.
Two days later, after she finally got a job, she ran into him again. Not literally, this time. He walked over to her, a menacing stare aimed at her figure. Her eyebrows furrowed, watching him as he neared closer.
"You fucking thief." He barked, sneering at her.
