The journey of Ava Clark, daughter of the most sadistic cult leader in the east.
Ava was born in Lemoyne, one of the bigger towns in the east. After her mother died when she was three, her father was never the same. He went insane with grief and did everything to bring her mother back. Including using Ava as a sacrifice. He started doing rituals to bring back the dead.
After his attempt at resurrecting her mother failed, and with his daughter nowhere to be seen, he starts the hunt to find his missing daughter, along with the hunt to find the people responsible for ruining his chance at happiness once again.
A few years after she escapes, she runs into the Hendrick's Gang. The most wanted gang in the west. There, she meets the cold and calculated Wyatt Clark. Not by choice, he is forced to teach Ava how to survive on the land. With his own demons and darkness, can he finally find his light to lead him out? Can Ava ever learn to trust again?
