Adrift upon endless wander

This is but some dark of night overcast like clouds upon unknown sea.
Adrift in impossible dreams never come true searching for guiding light.
Forever to lead us through endless tunnel of time where we often discontented
Linger like prisoner's captive aboard boat lost upon some nautical mile undefined
Seeking some comfort within in elusive destiny our dreams forever seek
Though leery often lost searching forever some port of call to eternally be.
Welcomed upon whose lips to comfort like sacrament we long to fine.
Lost alone we cling to our every dream upon this lifeboat now confined.
Left to wander beneath every star above to guide our journey still.
We remain within our endless hopes as well as our free will.
We search each shadow longing for soon some accompanying radiance above.
To carry us to our destiny we now forever seek a harbor we know not of
