Beneath elusive wonder
By james a. galgano
Hello elusive starlight drifting into and out of every passing cloud above.
Beneath you're every passing moonbeam one searches for pathway to heart
Hopefully to welcome my loneliness needing eternal love romance to never part
Here I humbly at my age this is all I can do now searching star above.
Through every foolish yet faithful tomorrow I cling to all hopes beyond sorrow
What good is a lonely life if without one love to be with now and for all eternity?
If we never accomplish to secure the love of one good woman what good hope to me
Left alone within shadows of each passing light of every almost forgotten tomorrow.
Where one fears one will be left alone to remedy what has been forgotten in sorrow
Life is such an elusive path lead alone to nowhere one is certain to want forever are.
Nevertheless, forever longing once upon time beneath each passing star perpetually
