I read a Tumblr post while back about Odysseus meeting and adopting the prophet Cassandra, who had been cursed so that "Nobody would believe her."

Of course, if he's going to adopt Cassandra, whom he never met in the original story... why not adopt the kid he was supposed to toss over a wall, and perhaps change the fate of what's supposed to happen along the way?

But having a seer on board is not as helpful as I (or he) thought it would be...

The goal is once again to keep everybody alive on the journey home, but the gods have different plans for Odysseus and his crew, and they may be bigger than one mortal man can handle.

Disclaimer Disclaimer: the first few chapters are not accurate. I may update it in the future to be more accurate to the original myths, but this is an AU anyway, so, take it with its grain of salt. I'm just here to have fun.

Amarédasse, Daughter of Poseidon by RomancticPrincess
27 parts Complete
Prophesied at birth that she would defeat Poseidon's last remaining enemy once she reached the age of eighteen, Amarédasse has been kept virtually a prisoner in her own home and unaware of the prophecy by orders of her father, Poseidon, while her older brothers and sisters enjoy the freedom that she craves. One day, just before her eighteenth birthday, Amarédasse inadvertently discovers a secret passageway while exploring the palace basement with her cousins, Hebe and Makaria. Once the young mermaid princess uses the passageway to escape she begins to explore the outside world and she comes across a human kingdom whose patron god is none other than her own father. As Amarédasse explores the kingdom she then unknowingly meets its Crown Prince and falls deeply in love with him she is unaware that her father's enemy is watching her every move waiting for an opportunity to strip her of her life. Will Poseidon trust his daughter with the truth and tell her why he kept her locked up her whole life? Will Amarédasse fulfill the prophecy and bring the Golden Age back to all humans and merfolk? Will Amarédasse and her prince live happily ever after like her parents? Read and find out. I dedicate this sequel to my Poseidon fanfiction story to the creator of the Sims 3 machinima trilogy VanityMovies and the entire cast. Yeah, I painted the cover although even I have to admit I'm not much of an artist and I'm still learning how to work that thing.

I've finally taken a break from Undertale! I know, crazy, right? Anyways, this is going to be a Percy Jackson fanfiction. I introduce quite a few OC's in this story. I suck at descriptions, so I'll give it my best shot. The world has been saved from power-hungry immortals seeking vengeance multiple times. Trouble keeps finding the small group of demigods at Camp Half-Blood and Camp Jupiter. The world has been shaken to the core, yet mortals couldn't have been more blind. This even goes for a small group of friends that recently moved to New York. But are they really mortal? Hailey has lived in Wisconsin all her life, yet she never seems to stay in the same spot for more than a few years. She has seen every crook and cranny of the dairy state, but after an accident, she finds herself in the state of New York. She lives with her grandma in a small house in the suburbs of Manhattan. Despite all she's been through, she loves living with the one person she felt closest to, away from trouble. Until now. Beth has grown up in the Windy City and stayed there for her whole life. Her mom has decided that going to New York for vacation would be a good idea. They're now staying in a hotel close to the beautiful sights of Long Island Sound and hopes to relax. But then she sees something by the Sound. . . . Cornelius has grown up in the ghetto and has learned to be tough. He's picked up many things on the streets and has lived off his wits and strength. He has now moved to Manhattan in yet another ghetto. But will he be tough enough to face the challenges ahead? The three friends have reunited only to be whisked away by a mysterious teenager. Now, they're all they have. They will learn to work together and save the world. Who is the enemy, and will these new friends succeed? None of the characters except for my OCs belong to me. This fanfiction is purely fictional and does not relate to the original series by Rick Riordan whatsoever.

[COMPLETED - ONLY MINORLY EDITED] ******************************************************** Greek myths - true or false? They should be false, and to 16-year-old Sophie Claire, it's never crossed her mind that they aren't. Until one day in History class when her teacher spends a day on Greek mythology and something strange starts happening - her friends and classmates begin to tell myths about certain Greek deities with frightening precision. And for some reason, she's began to feel a certain affinity for Persephone, the Greek maiden who was kidnapped by Hades, the Lord of the Underworld, and forced into a marriage with him. This isn't some coincidence or freak dream, she later finds out from a host of strange individuals who claim they're from Olympus, the grandoise home of the gods themselves. She is actually a modern reincarnation of the goddess Persephone, and she's not the only one. A few of her classmates also happen to represent the gods and goddesses from popular Greek myths, and the fact that all of them are present means that something monumental is about to happen. Something like being the girl to change Persephone's future, to break the cycle of kidnapper and victim - all by passing a trial. It won't be simple, she knows, and she's not quite that eager to take it up, but from the moment she found out that she was Persephone, there was no way to back out. She should've known, however, that dealing with all powerful, immortal deities wasn't going to be easy. They've got a few secrets and personality flaws up their sleeves, and they could be deadly. More than deadly - murderous.

Game of Gods

26 parts Complete

Once upon a crazy night an asteroid hit the earth with magic of the Greek gods. You see, the gods had been captured by a mysterious villain who had stripped them of what seemed all their powers. Using the last of their abilities, the gods combined their powers into a small stone which they sent into space. This asteroid struck Earth with a large force, disturbing Magic and sending each separate greek god's powers to different people who would inherits it through a piece of jewelry. Miraculous. Meanwhile the misbehaving Percy Jackson, a 16 year old Demi God, was on a mission sent by his father Poseidon. His goal? Find the asteroid and use the godly powers to save Olympus and the gods. What he didn't know? The magic had found its own masters. Now Percy has to find these people, alongside his friends, Annabeth, and Grover, and return them to the stone. But it's a lot more complicated then it sounds... Notice: There's a few grammar mistakes in this but since it's so old I will not bother to correct them if you point them out. This fic is from 2019. It's bad. Pls save yourself from the things I wrote when I was 14.
