Saylor Flanagan is known among District 4 by two things:
    1. Her grandmother is Magnolia "Mags" Flanagan, victor of the 11th Hunger Games.
    2. She can almost always be found in close proximity to Finnick Odair.
    
    Saylor and Finnick have been best friends since they were five. They live with their houses back to back. 7 months ago, Finnick got reaped for the 65th Hunger Games. He was the youngest victor with the most expensive sponsor gift. He was known as the young, handsome, golden god to the capitol. 
    
    When he gets back home, he's showered with even more love and praise than before. But to Saylor, all that matters is that he's home.
