Harry Potter- Welsh Heart, French Flair

When (Y/N)(L/N) is expelled from Celtaidd academy of magic in Wales the very last thing he expected was for him and his sister to be invited to attend Hogwarts in Scotland by the greatest wizard alive, make friends with the most famous wizard alive and have a veela fall in love with him.
Also I don't own any of the original harry potter characters, they belong to JK Rowling, I just own the stuff I made up. Which is suprisingly alot, hardly anything exists about wizarding Wales.
