The palm of my hand stung because of the slap and I clenched it hard, as I walked away from him. I came to halt, when he caught my wrist in his hand. My eyes widening, I turned around. His eyes held a glittering fire, he yanked me backwards making me fall on his chest he whispered, "Stop walking away from me, Love."
My hands on his chest tried to push him away, but his grip tightened he pulled me closer to him making my breath hitch. His eyes were staring in mine, I averted mine fiercely trying to avoid his gaze. My eyes landed on his cheek, where I slapped him not two minutes ago and it made me wonder.
What shameless man was he, for if it was any other male they wouldn't look my way another time. Didn't he feel an ounce of embarassment?
He raised his hand with a slight smile, "You forgot something, Siya."
My eyes slid towards his hand, with which my anklet dangled between us. I felt my eyes widened, I looked down.
"My love, hate me all you want." His deep voice caught my attention, my eyes meeting his on their own accord. It was as if he had got closer than he was before, "But try to walk away from me? I am not sure I could handle that, Meri Jaan."
