Cope

Cope is a collection of poems I write as an outlet while struggling with diagnosed bipolar disorder and trying to balance my highs & lows. Sometimes I'm my worst enemy, sometimes there are evils outside of me that are not in my control. It can be hard to differentiate all of my emotions. Writing is how I cope with them.
