Everyone wishes that they were unordinary. Everyone wants to be the change in the world. But the people who aren't ordinary? Who can make a change in the world? All they wish for is to be normal.
It's supposed to be a normal first day for the students at Palm Tree High School, and for Emelia Hills, but when they enter the classroom, they're all empty, save for an ominous pile of Scrunchies. It's the first annual Scrunchie Wars, and Emelia Hills must get down into the mystery and the magic, to find out how to stop the madness.

Now having to compete in a competition that she didn't sign up for Amelia must fight against magic beasts and dark wizards alike, to protect herself and her friends from enemies lurking in the shadows.
