Following your monster husband's death and a shortage of teachers at Hometown, you're offered to take up a job as a substitute for secondary, though with the catch of doing more thorough research on the history between humans and monsters as a side quest, continuing where Gerson Boom left off before his passing.

You prepare a list of potential people who can help you with that research before setting sail, then decide to start with the most easygoing and friendliest monster you believe you can deal with.

Until he learns you're moving in, and then he stops being so friendly.
