Layton and Gemma have been best friends since they were children. They've been inseparable, nobody could tear them apart. Gemma has been in a healthy relationship that Layton is jealous of. Gemma decides to help her best friend out and set her up on multiple blind dates to help her find her own happily ever after.

After many failed dates, Layton has given up on the idea of love for herself. Gemma begs her to go on one last final blind date with someone she thinks would be perfect for her. She hesitantly agrees to it thinking this could finally be her happily ever after.
