Someone was shouting loudly, but I couldn't understand what they were saying. It was like I was underwater and the sounds around me were muffled and distorted. The only thing I could hear clearly was the quick and thundering beating of my heart. I tasted blood on my lips and I knew it had stained my white blouse crimson. I could see my name forming on his lips: River. 

The Doctor and River on yet another adventure, but this time near futures are revealed in the distant past. River Song learns that there are still secrets that remain hidden, but one is discovered. Follow the two lovers in their story that just so happens to be: Timeless.

What if the Doctor woke up on Earth? Lost her memories and Believes she is an ex Nurse who is now a 'Doctor', she lives in Scotland. She believes her name is 'Dr Jane Smith'. River finds her Wife in the hospital she ends up being in For reasons, noticing the Doctor she thinks she is there for her. But soon realised her 'Memory of being Dr Smith' is what the Doctor believes. Will River find out how the Doctor lost her memories? Can she help her wife? Can she find the Tardis? And how will she react when she realises the Doctor really thinks she's this whole other person. With no other memories but 'Dr Smiths.' This Fics idea came from 'Trust me' a show Jodie is in, the idea formed from SaBeedraws watching 'Trust me'. I've just wrote it within more ideas from myself and her from out discussions about this fic. The first Non, Chapter before chapter one will be information and links to her Socials. She creates such wonderful art, and not just Doc/Riv art there is much more. And it's rather is spectacular it's really incredible. So I do say go check her art out. And thank her for this idea. We have spoke about the Plot, etc for this. So we both want you to enjoy this. I do not own any character from Doctor who. The two songs mentioned are, You and I by One Direction and Past lives by Ke$ha. These are used in specific moments that go well. I hope you enjoy.

But the memory of that day kept running through her head and like a child still clinging on to a dream she could not believe that this was the end and wanted to believe in one last miracle because that's how it felt all those times when she had ran with the Doctor. Though of course it wasn't the whole story because for all the good days with the Doctor, there must also be the bad and as River Song learned in the most cruellest possible way, nothing lasts forever and no matter how fast you run, hanging onto the coat tails of the Doctor, it can't save you because time along with its constant companion death will always catch up with you in the end. River Song was dead. Though it wasn't as straightforward and simple as that, nothing ever was with the Doctor...
