The brightest star in the sky is the one that falls. Such a star was Mark Taggart - a promising skateboarder, a boy whose shining faded away quicker than it lit up. He became disabled, a cripple, a laughingstock for the majority.  Surrounded by his two best friends, he tries to solve the real reason why Mark crashed during his first serious performance, which would open up the world of skateboarding to him otherwise. Investigation, however childish it could seem at first, turned drastically once the book named THE DREAMS MACHINE fell into their hands.
