Chat Noir/Adrien, the almighty hero and model of Paris, is in love with Ladybug (also a hero of Paris). The thing that separates them is their identities. Marinette is in love with Adrien but is too confused with her own job of saving akumatized victims to progress any further than a one-sided crush. Chat Noir was (once again) rejected by his partner. It hurts, but he would soon get over it with cat puns and his goofy nature. The only thing was that he didn't get over it. Now Plagg and Tikki began to worry that this adoration for Ladybug and Marinette's crush on him could come to the demise of the miraculous.
On a visit to Marinette's, Plagg posed a request that changed both of their views on each other. How on earth are the Kwami's supposed to keep this up? How long before their identities are the one thing they can't. keep hidden.

While he was Chat noir, he fell in love with a dazzling beautiful girl named Ladybug. So, it's a mixed up four square relationship. Oh, who's Tikki and Plagg? Being superheroes is a privilege given by mysterious, magical creatures called Kwamis. Tikki is Ladybug's Kwami, supporting Marinette. And Plagg is Chat noir's Kwami, a Camembert cheese maniac. After losing hope when ladybug rejects Chat Noir, Adrien quits being a super hero for good, and the events that unfold are disastrous consequences for both our lovely protagonists.. Everyone Needs a Safe Place
Adrien had gotten into one of the biggest arguments he had ever had with his father, leading him to run from his home as his alter ego, Chat Noir. They had grown apart since his mother's disappearance. Adrien always tried to speak with his father and try but he was always busy or away. He finally snapped at his father. But where would he go for the night? He had to find someone he could trust. Marinette wasn't expecting Chat Noir to show up on her balcony with red eyes filled with tears. Her first thought after seeing him was the akumatized version of him, Chat Blanc. She immediately brings him inside, making it her job to help him. She was not going to let her partner become her worst nightmare. He needed some place to feel safe? She would become that. It became an everyday thing. Chat Noir would visit Marinette every day, they would talk about their days as Chat tried to keep his as dense as possible to not reveal his identity. They would play video games and eat food from the bakery. But what happens when something happens to Marinette that makes her break? Marinette has no where to go so Chat decides to be that place. A story about how Marinette and Adrien slowly caught feelings for each other, or Marinette and Chat? who knows, but there's more ;) This story will be like my imagination of the next things happening after the last season, (4th, including the New York, Christmas and Shanghai movie too) there will be spoilers, maybe I'll do an entire story including their daily life, reveal of chat and ladybug's identity, hawkmoth, so on. It will have long chapters,cliffhangers, mostly about marichat, ill do other ships too and ill try to make it seem like they're actually real, and it's just an alternative universe, and they're actual human being with duties and all that. I will probably write mature content as well at some point so if you're uncomfortable dont read it. And ill definitely swear. also i have no experience in writing :) It's 1:35 AM and I'm reading fanfiction, why not make it instead? Marinette felt pure shock that she let herself be caught up so much in her thoughts that she missed an Akuma attack. "You need to go back up to your room. I don't want you to get hurt."
