Lio Gustavo was just browsing the net looking for a place to stay for a couple of months in Afonso City and after some time he saw a post saying "WANTED: ROOMMATE"
He read the content of the post and can't help but be amaze by the condition of the person. The post said:

( I don't actually hire a roommate but looking for someone I can share the rent with)
You only need to pay P1000 per month but have to pay P2000 (1 month advance and one month deposit.

REQUIREMENT BELOW TO BE SUBMITTED FOR THOSE WHO ARE INTERESTED

1. MAN AGE 25-28 (HAVE PROOF OF EMPLOYMENT OR PROOF OF INCOME)
2. SUBMIT A BIRTH CERTIFICATE (SHOW ORIGINAL AND I NEED A COPY)
3. NBI/ SECURITY CLEARANCE (NEED THIS FOR SECURITY PURPOSES)
4. MEDICAL CERTIFICATE (JUST WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE HEALTHY)
5. DRIVING LICENSE
6.CAN DRIVE, CAN CARRY/LIFT OBJECTS
7. CAN COOK, CAN CLEAN, CAN DO THE DISHES AND CAN DO HIS OWN LAUNDRY (YES, I AM SERIOUS)
8. CAN STAY IN THE HOUSE MOST OF THE TIME (NEED SOMEONE TO LOOK OUT FOR THE HOUSE)
9. 2 VALID ID'S
10. (OTHER CONDITIONS WILL BE MADE VIA CONTRACT)

INCLUSION:
1. FREE FOOD/MEALS WITH SNACK
2. A PRIVATE ROOM
3.ACCESS TO THE INTERNET
4. BASIC TOILETRES ARE ALSO PROVIDED (UNLESS YOU HAVE A PREFERED SOAP AND SHAMPOO)
