Tornado always knew that the way his family was being treated because of his great great great grandmother's mistake wasn't right. When a mysterious dragon approaches him and offers him a deal, he is intrigued.
Coyote understands this as well, but he believes a more peaceful approach is better. All they need to do is put a new leader in charge, but they way to do that isn't exactly as peaceful as he likes. When he finds out that the mysterious dragon is planning to attack his home in less that three months, he isn't sure he can make the plan work.
Both dragons become unsure of the alliance. They don't know if they should stay or leave. Both paths will cause destruction and will break trust in one another.
